Tech Data Practice Builder Program

The Practice Builder Program is a business development track for channel partners who want to develop a specific technology or solution. The program uses a proven methodology and specialist resources to support the journey a partner needs to take in the transformation of their business. With strategic one-on-one advice, the aim is to co-develop a solution to add to your portfolio, tailored to your business needs, within 90 days. We launch the track in a 1,5-day Sprint Workshop. The next workshops start on the 5th and on the 11th of March.

Why Tech Data for Enablement Programs?

Tech Data enablement programs are designed to support partners in new technologies or transformation processes in order to open new markets and drive growth. Because of our broad ecosystem of vendors and channel partners, we can develop enablement programs that are really focused on knowledge and practice building, without any lock-ins of one specific product, vendor, or market.

Previous editions

We have been organizing Practice Builder Programs since 2019, starting with a specialist program in IoT & Analytics.

In 2020, we organized 3 more Practice Builder Programs in the fields of Cloud, Security and IoT & Analytics. Over half of the participating partners succeeded in creating a strong business plan and bring their solution to market. You can read about the results in this article.
